doc/architecture: edit "Data Scrubbing"

Edit the "Data Scrubbing" listitem in the list of benefits conferred by
the use by OSDs of the aggregate power of the cluster, in the section
"Smart Daemons Enable Hyperscale" in doc/architecture.rst.
