thrashosds: adds a sighup_delay option, defaulted to 0.1
This will call Thrasher.do_sighup which picks a random osd and sends a signal.SIGHUP to it, delaying for the value of sighup_delay between each time it picks a new osd to signal. Signed-off-by: Andrew Schoen <aschoen@redhat.com>
