David Sterba bb7db09e46 btrfs-progs: libbtrfs: use own copy of ctree.h, extent_io.h, send.h and extent-cache.h ... Let libbtrfs use own copy of the exported header files to avoid potential breakage when syncing with kernel headers and also to remove declarations that are not used by userspace.
