Currently for multi-word tree names, we only allow '_' to connect the
two words, like "block_group".
Meanwhile for mkfs features, we go '-' to connect two words, like
"block-group-tree".
This makes users to use different separators for different commands.
This patch would allow using both '-' and '_' for tree ids.

In the kernel we've added a control struct to handle the different
checks we want to do on extent buffers when we read them. Update our
copy of read_tree_block to take this as an argument, then update all of
the callers to use the new structure.

This simply zero's out the path, and this is used everywhere we use a
stack path. Drop this usage and simply init the path's to empty instead
of using a function to do the memset.

In the kernel we have btrfs_print_leaf(eb) instead of
btrfs_print_leaf(eb, mode). In fact in all of the kernel-shared sources
we're just using the default mode. Fix this to have a
__btrfs_print_leaf() which handles the mode for the user space utilities
that want the different behavior, and then change btrfs_print_leaf() to
just be the normal default style.

The struct open_ctree_flags currently holds arguments for
open_ctree_fs_info(), it can be confusing when mixed with a local variable
named open_ctree_flags as below in the function cmd_inspect_dump_tree().

Since commit c8593f65cbf3 ("btrfs-progs: sync tree-checker.[ch] from
kernel"), btrfs-progs can do the kernel level tree block checks, which
is not really sutiable for dump-tree.
Under a lot of cases, we're using dump-tree tool to debug to collect the
details from end users.
If it's a bitflip causing a rejection, we would be unable to determine
the cause.
So this patch would add OPEN_CTREE_SKIP_LEAF_ITEM_CHECKS for dump-tree.

The in-kernel version of read_tree_block adds some extra sanity checks
to make sure we don't return blocks that don't match what we expect.
This includes the owning root, the level, and the expected first key.
We don't actually do these checks in btrfs-progs, however kernel code
we're going to sync will expect this calling convention, so update it to
match the in-kernel code and then update all the callers.

The (unsigned long long) type casts can be dropped, printf understands
%llu and u64 and does not warn. In cases where the type is not u64 keep
the cast.

The extent tree v2 (thankfully not yet fully materialized) needs a
new root for storing all block group items.
My initial proposal years ago just added a new tree rootid, and load it
from tree root, just like what we did for quota/free space tree/uuid/extent
roots.
But the extent tree v2 patches introduced a completely new (and to me,
wasteful) way to store block group tree root into super block.
Currently there are only 3 trees stored in super blocks, and they all
have their valid reasons:
- Chunk root
Needed for bootstrap.
- Tree root
Really the entrance of all trees.
- Log root
This is special as log root has to be updated out of existing
transaction mechanism.
There is not even any reason to put block group root into super blocks,
the block group tree is updated at the same timing as old extent tree,
no need for extra bootstrap/out-of-transaction update.
So just move block group root from super block into tree root.

For nodes/leaves it's appended on the 2nd line of the header.
Checksum items are stored in leaves as EXTENT_CSUM key type, with offset
value as the logical offset starting. As the array would be hard to
parse or match, each offset value is printed with the checksum. For
crc32c it's 4 values on a line, for xxhash it's 2 and for the long
256bit checksums it's one checksum per line.

The options are not on by default, the header checksum is not important
for the structures. Data checksums can be quite big so that would make
the dump long and without any actual data to match against.

Previously, no filenames/xattrs would be printed with --nofilename, but
to keep the format of dump, print a placeholder instead of all names.
This is:
* directory entries (files, directories, subvolumes)
* default subvolume
* extended attributes (name, value)
* hardlink names if stored inside another item
Note that lengths are not hidden because they can be calculated from the
item size anyway.

In the mail list, it's pretty common that a developer is asking dump tree
output from the reporter, it's better to protect those kind reporters by
hiding the filename if the reporter wants.
This option will skip @name/@data output for the following items:
- DIR_INDEX
- DIR_ITEM
- INODE_REF

The comman 'btrfs inspect dump-tree <dev>' will scan all the devices
from the filesystem by defaul.
So as of now you can not inspect each mirrored device independently.
This patch adds option --noscan, which when used won't scan the system
for the partner devices, instead it just uses the devices provided in
the argument.
For example:
btrfs inspect dump-tree --noscan <dev> [<dev>..]
This helps to debug degraded raid1 and raid10.
