3cbb2d630b btrfs-progs: sort main help menu entries
The output of 'btrfs help' is quite long and requires scrolling. For
someone who has a vague idea of what a subcommand is called but not
quite sure, alphabetical listing can help them find what they're looking
for faster.

018448ed62 btrfs-progs: add global verbose and quiet options and helper functions
Add --verbose and --quiet command options to show verbose or no output
from the subcommands. By introducing global a bconf::verbose memeber to
propagate the same down to the subcommand.

Further the added helper function pr_verbose() helps to logs the verbose
messages, based on the state of the %bconf::verbose. And further HELPINFO_
defines are provided for the usage.

c04bcdcacc btrfs-progs: move crc32c implementation to crypto/
With the introduction of xxhash64 to btrfs-progs we created a crypto/
directory for all the hashes used in btrfs (although no
cryptographically secure hash is there yet).

Move the crc32c implementation from kernel-lib/ to crypto/ as well so we
have all hashes consolidated.

built at the same time without prior configuration.

a1a5000984 btrfs-progs: add support for output formats
This adds a global --format option to request extended output formats
from each command.

We currently only support text mode. Command help reports what
output formats are available for each command. Global help reports
what valid formats are.

If an invalid format is requested, an error is reported and lists the
valid formats.

Each command sets a bitmask that describes which formats it is capable
of outputting. If a globally valid format is requested of a command
that doesn't support it, an error is reported and command usage dumped.

Commands don't need to specify that they support text output. All
commands are required to output text.

b44445131f btrfs-progs: pass cmd_struct to command callback function
This patch passes the cmd_struct to the command callback function. This
has several purposes: It allows the command callback to identify which

82d48463ea btrfs-progs: use cmd_struct as command entry point
Rather than having global command usage and callbacks used to create
cmd_structs in the command array, establish the cmd_struct structures
separately and use those. The next commit in the series passes the
cmd_struct to the command callbacks such that we can access flags
and determine which of several potential command we were called as.

This establishes several macros to more easily define the commands
within each command's source.

e69e015634 btrfs-progs: drop feature defines from C files, in favour of CFLAGS defines
glibc 2.10+ (5+ years old) enables all the desired features:
_XOPEN_SOURCE 700, __XOPEN2K8, POSIX_C_SOURCE, DEFAULT_SOURCE; with a
single _GNU_SOURCE define in the makefile alone. For portability to
other libc implementations (e.g. dietlibc) _XOPEN_SOURCE=700 is also
defined.

This also resolves Debian bug report filed by Michael Tautschnig -
"Inconsistent use of _XOPEN_SOURCE results in conflicting
declarations". Whilst I was not able to reproduce the results, the
reported fact is that _XOPEN_SOURCE set to 500 in one set of files
(e.g. cmds-filesystem.c) generates/defines different struct stat from
other files (cmds-replace.c).

This patch thus cleans up all feature defines, and sets them at a
consistent level.

30d5c8a49f Btrfs-progs: Add chunk recover function - using old chunk items
Add chunk-recover program to check or rebuild chunk tree when the system
chunk array or chunk tree is broken.

Due to the importance of the system chunk array and chunk tree, if one of
them is broken, the whole btrfs will be broken even other data are OK.

But we have some hint(fsid, checksum...) to salvage the old metadata.
So this function will first scan the whole file system and collect the
needed data(chunk/block group/dev extent), and check for the references
between them. If the references are OK, the chunk tree can be rebuilt and
luckily the file system will be mountable.

This completely replaces the existing subcommand infrastructure, which
is not flexible enough to accomodate our needs. Instead of a global

which allows command-group-specific handling of options and subcommands.
The new parser exports a clear interface and gets out of the way - all
control over how matching is done is passed to commands and command

One side effect of this is that command implementors have to check the
number of arguments themselves - patch to fix up all existing commands
