Enhance the sorting capabilities of 'inspect list-chunks' to allow
multiple keys. Drop the gaps, this works only for pstart and it's hard
to make it work with arbitrary sort keys.
Usage is printed by default, assuming this is an interesting info and
even if it slows down the output (due to extra lookups) it's more
convenient to print it rather than not.
The options related to usage and empty were removed.
Output changes:
- rename Number to PNumber, meaning physical number on the device
- print Devid, device number, can be also sort key
Examples:
btrfs inspect list-chunks /mnt
btrfs inspect list-chunks --sort length,usage
btrfs inspect list-chunks --sort lstart
Depending on the sort key order, the output can be wild, for that the
PNumber and LNumber give some hint where the chunks lie in their space.

Use the safe version of strncpy that makes sure the string is
terminated.
To be noted:
- the conversion in scrub path handling was skipped
- sizes of device paths in some ioctl related structures is
BTRFS_DEVICE_PATH_NAME_MAX + 1
Recently gcc 13.3 started to detect problems with our use of strncpy
potentially lacking the null terminator, warnings like:

Use unaligned access helper for code that potentially or actually
accesses data that come from on-disk structures. This is for image or
chunk restore. This may pessimize some cases but is in general safer on
strict alignment architectures and has no effect on other architectures.

Use tree search ioctl wrappers for code that is considered internal, ie.
leaving out libbtrfs (legacy), libbtrfsutil (needs own API for that).
Conversion is mostly direct of what the API provides.

There are many places that pass false as verbosity argument and then
print an error message, or don't print any message in error cases.
Use btrfs_open_file_or_dir_fd() that will be verbose in case of an error
with the same semantics.

For historical reasons the helpers [btrfs_]open_dir... return also
the 'DIR *dirstream' value when a directory is opened.
However this is never used. So avoid calling diropen() and return
only the fd.
Replace open_file_or_dir() with btrfs_open_fd2() removing any reference
to the unused/useless dirstream variables. btrfs_open_fd2() is required
to avoid spurious error messages.

The variable @e is only utilized to record the errno from ioctl() call,
and is only for the error message.
We can go with "%m" to replace the usage of variable @e, and remove the
variable shadowing, as later we will declare a local variable @e with a
different type.

Make the column names more descriptive, PNumber is from times when there
was only physical sort. Make the type/profile more explicit, later it
can be filtered by that. The 'Age' reflects the current allocation
strategy to always pick a higher number but this could become confusing,
it's really the number when sorted by logical offset.

Now we can use newlines in option descriptions to make nicer lists for
options:
--sort MODE sort by a column ascending (default: pstart),
MODE can be one of:
pstart - physical offset, grouped by device
lstart - logical offset
usage - by chunk usage (implies --usage)
length_p - by chunk length, secondary by physical offset
length_l - by chunk length, secondary by logical offset

Add another sorting key 'usage' to sort chunks by usage, ascending. Also
implies --usage parameter so it's viewed. This ignores devid, so all
chunks are mixed.

We want to keep this file locally as we want to be uptodate with
upstream, so we can build btrfs-progs regardless of which kernel is
currently installed. Sync this with the upstream version and put it in
kernel-shared/uapi to maintain some semblance of where this file comes
from.
There are some changes that need to be synced back to kernel. A local
definition of static_assert is used to avoid compilation problems on gcc
(< 9) due to mandatory 2nd parameter.

Verify if a given file is suitable for a swapfile and print the physical
offset (ie. the ultimate on-device physical offset), and the resume
offset value (physical / page size).
This can be the kernel parameter or written to /sys/power/resume_offset
before hibernation. Option -r or --resume-offset prints just the value.

New command 'btrfs inspect-internal list-chunks' will list layout of
chunks as stored on the devices. This corresponds to the physical
layout, sorted by the physical offset. The block group usage can be
shown as well, but the search is too slow so it's off by default.
If the physical offset sorting is selected, the empty space between
chunks is also shown.

The (unsigned long long) type casts can be dropped, printf understands
%llu and u64 and does not warn. In cases where the type is not u64 keep
the cast.

To make the levels more understandable, use the LOG_ levels instead of
the hardcoded values. Previously the semantics would assume level 0 as
default and 1 and up for increased verbosity, so the LOG_ levels are
typically larger by one.

By using find_mount_fsroot we ensure that we return a valid path to the
final user, by ensuring that even if we return a bind mount, the
pathname of btrfs used was the same from the original mount.
This for a case when bind mounts and normal mount -o subvol=/path are
mixed.
