6dfc69104b btrfs-progs: add extra chunk alignment checks
Recently we had a scrub use-after-free caused by unaligned chunk
length, although the fix was submitted, we may want to do extra checks
for a chunk's alignment.

This patch adds such check for the starting bytenr and length of a
chunk, to make sure they are properly aligned to 64K stripe boundary.

By default, the check only leads to a warning but is not treated as an
error, as we expect kernel to handle such unalignment without any
problem.

But if the new debug environmental variable,
BTRFS_PROGS_DEBUG_STRICT_CHUNK_ALIGNMENT, is specified, then we will
treat it as an error. So that we can detect unexpected chunks from
btrfs-progs, and fix them before reaching the end users.

4a9a8f2a8a btrfs-progs: sync extent-io-tree.[ch] and misc.h from the kernel
This is a bit larger than the previous syncs, because we use
extent_io_tree's everywhere. There's a lot of stuff added to
kerncompat.h, and then I went through and cleaned up all the API
changes, which were

- extent_io_tree_init takes an fs_info and an owner now.
- extent_io_tree_cleanup is now extent_io_tree_release.
- set_extent_dirty takes a gfpmask.
- clear_extent_dirty takes a cached_state.
- find_first_extent_bit takes a cached_state.

The diffstat looks insane for this, but keep in mind extent-io-tree.c
and extent-io-tree.h are ~2000 loc just by themselves.

f7224bdd12 btrfs-progs: check: move global variables to common headers
Add declarations for global fs_info and task context so they can be
accessed from any .c file once the main.c will be split. Add prefix "g_"
for the task.

a832d36b59 btrfs-progs: check: detect and fix invalid used for block groups
The lowmem mode validates the used field of the block group item, but
the normal mode does not. Fix this by keeping a running tally of what
we think the used value for the block group should be, and then if it
mismatches report an error and fix the problem if we have repair set.
We have to keep track of pending extents because we process leaves as we
see them, so it could be much later in the process that we find the
block group item to associate the extents with.

1b42e71053 btrfs-progs: copy btrfsck.h to check/common.h
We want just one header for the check API (similar to what mkfs does)
but as btrfsck.h is exported header (libbtrfs), it needs some
deprecation beriod before it's moved through there are probably no users
of that header file in particular.

Copy the header to check, all modifications and cleanups won't affect
the public header.

96c6e1f0aa btrfs-progs: check: Export check global variables to check/common.h
There are a dozen of variables which are used as "check global"
variables, like @total_csum_bytes or @no_holes.

These variables are used freely across the check code, however since
we're splitting check code, they need to be exported so they can be used
in other files.

This patch just export them and add declarations for them in
check/common.h.
