https://www.openssl.org/ Is a well known cryptography library and since
freshly released version 3.2 it also supports variable digest size of
blake2b, so we can now add it among the crypto providers.
Configure with --with-crypto=openssl.

https://botan.randombit.net/ Botan is a cryptography library with C
bindings and provides what we need (sha256 and blake2b), among many
others. Add it to the list of crypto backends if somebody wants to use
it.
Currently the version 2.19 is the latest one. Botan3 3.2.0 exists but
does not seem to be widely available in distros yet.
Configure with --with-crypto=botan.

As reported in #588, build fails on some microarchitectures when the
blake2 macros do not coverall combinations. Extend the build tests and
add some uarchs to test.

Add config for crypto backends (they could fail for the static targets
due to missing static libraries). Reiserfs is not tested and it slowly
disappears from distros.

Building 32bit binaries on 64bit hosts is tedious due to all the
required libraries with the right target, also the static versions.
Limit the build only to the native arch.

There are some configure options not covered by build tests, eg. the
--disable-zoned build broke recently.

The shell keyword function is not necessary and not used in many tests,
remove it from the few places that use it right now.

Build several standalone tools into one binary and switch the function
by name (symlink or hardlink).
* btrfs
* mkfs.btrfs
* btrfs-image
* btrfs-convert
* btrfstune
The static target is also supported. The name of resulting boxed
binaries is btrfs.box and btrfs.box.static . All the binaries can be
built at the same time without prior configuration.
