There are several warnings regarding the absence of an argument for the
code-block directive on some build servers using python3-sphinx 0.2.2-17.

The name of a mounted sub volume can not be found in /proc/self/mounts
but in /proc/self/mountinfo.

RST format provides cross reference function that users can navigate

The max width of the page is set to 800px, that renders of commands and
output in a small box requiring a scrollbar. Increase the limit to
1200px. Also update some subvoulme related text.
