btrfs-progs: libbtrfs: copy btrfs_uuid_tree_lookup_any from uuid-tree.c
Copy the lookup helper and switch the API functions using it. We can drop dependency on kernel-shared/uuid-tree.c after that. Signed-off-by: David Sterba <dsterba@suse.com>
