btrfs-progs: add a free_extent_buffer_stale helper
This does exactly what free_extent_buffer_nocache does, but we call btrfs_free_extent_buffer_stale in the kernel code, so add this extra helper. Once the kernel code is synced we can get rid of the old helper. Signed-off-by: Josef Bacik <josef@toxicpanda.com> Signed-off-by: David Sterba <dsterba@suse.com>
