btrfs-progs: tags: add nullb for testing zoned devices
I've written a simple shell wrapper for null_blk configuration (https://github.com/kdave/nullb). Make a local copy of version 0.1 to avoid external dependency for our tests. Signed-off-by: David Sterba <dsterba@suse.com>
