btrfs-progs: docs: improved asciidoc syntax to fix rendering issues
This example in device replace doesn't render properly in browsers, think it's just misuse of syntax. Unfortunately, the github preview renderer doesn't seem to catch that. Otherwise, manual page and html rendering is ok.
