🐛 Fix a Ruby deprecation warning in the ERB linter (#4521) 

* Fix a Ruby deprecation warning in the ERB linter

Before, the ERB linter used positional arguments. Newer versions of Ruby
have deprecated this method signature. We fixed the linter to use
keyword arguments.
