Revert "abuild: export CHOST, CARCH and CLIBC and let config.guess use CHOST"
This reverts commit 4234a10e92.
We will not use config.guess. Instead we will use --build and --host
everywhere.

abuild: automatically replace the config.sub with our version
introduce post_unpack that by default will search for config.sub and
config.guess and replace those if found.
we ship our own version of those files
