unless py3-gpep517 or py3-pytest is missing, then
add that in as the template generated uses it.
To force dependencies to be recalculated, use
`recreate deps`.

Most Python aports put replaces/provides
between `builddir` and `build()`.
Follow this convention, so they don't change
position when running `apkbuild-pypi recreate`.
