Added epub editor section 
This section is very strong because:
- No epub Editors are allowed which are a privacy risk or introducing privacy risky features like health pings/beacons etc.
- Add Adobe products are banned (multiple reasons)
- Do not add any program which is not FOSS and documented. I will reject them.

- FDM added (it's already listed in another section but it will be removed, since manga automation / downloading is "more or less" the same and you are able to use mentioned tools to manually dl or automatically dl mangas via phython
