Update postfix and dovecot
...
- Remove chroot for lmtp to allow it to access dovecot socket
- Use internal lookup table as Berkeley DBs aren't supported
- Use global mailbox vars
- Autocreate defined mailboxes
- Remove domain separation
- Add more authentication mechanisms
- Add imap capability for special uses

Remove runfile for murmur and use upstream runfile, remove postgresql openrc configs, not required, add certs to haproxy and fix SRV records in haproxy, add required dep for config in murmur, fix hba and listen on the correct address for postgresql
