There is more than 5000 parameter documentations. Only about 300 are
differently done. Change them to be consistently indented.

Dontaudit attempts to exec pulseaudio. qemu does this and it causes
other avc's even though qemu can not use pulseaudio.
Allow other domains to use pulseiaudio
