wm4 c113e6ed7d Remove V4L2 decoder support (vo_v4l2 and ao_v4l2) ... The removed VO and AO took MPEG data and decoded it with V4L2. I'm not exactly sure what's the use of this today, but get rid of it. As far as feeding video data to V4L2 is concerned, there are other ways.
