fix for vf_palette, because paletted 8-bit to BGR{15,16} conversion is incorrect.

the conversion should be rewritten as a better fix.

Add the new -vf option wich is the same as vop in reverse order.
...
Syntax is we decided, so you can give the nomes or not with both
vop and vf. vf take precedence over vop.
