Note that r30455 is wrong, that commit does not in fact change the
default behavior as claimed in the commit message. It only breaks
"-af-adv force=0", which was already pretty much useless though.

Create a separate codecs.conf entry for Tremor and use it if MPlayer is

with Tremor support instead of libvorbis. Previously MPlayer would show
the same output on the console when decoding with libvorbis and Tremor.

Make the per-decoder struct ad_functions and its ->info struct
constants. Same for the mpcodecs_ad_drivers[] table of pointers to
those structs.

remove all setlocale calls, they break the behaviour of sscanf and

fix reimar's 10l...no actually imho it's arpi's 100l for writing the
...
old bad init_audio_codec code that replaced all the values set by the
demuxer with "safe" defaults. no idea where this actually belongs --
here or the various demuxers -- but at least it works again now.
