1888e57af7 cosmetics: "struct vf_instance* vf" -> "struct vf_instance *vf" 
Change 'struct vf_instance' pointer arguments to more standard style
as in the subject. Also some other minor formatting fixes.

Patch by Diego Biurrun.

00323c06e2 Delete things related to old translation system 
Remove the help/ subdirectory, configure code to create toplevel
help_mp.h, and all the '#include "help_mp.h"' lines from .c files.

b0986b3760 Merge svn changes up to r30463 
Note that r30455 is wrong, that commit does not in fact change the
default behavior as claimed in the commit message. It only breaks
"-af-adv force=0", which was already pretty much useless though.

28cf6ea2be Rename open() vf initialization function to vf_open(). 
This avoids clashes with fcntl.h under certain circumstances.

17da96da5b vf crop: do not generate 0-size slices, they are pointless and also confuse 
libswscale to assume the wrong slice order.

4198e9d45b Remove unreachable parsing code: for filters that use the option parser, 
the args argument to open will always be NULL and vf->priv will always be
!= NULL.

b5972d6f14 Translation system changes part 1: wrap translated strings

0e757bf9da Remove _s/_st suffix from some struct names 
Since the names are always used after the keyword "struct" having a
suffix as in "struct demuxer_st" is almost completely pointless.

8b0fe12840 fix segfaults with slices. support slice rendering into a filter even 
when the following filter/vo doesn't support slices. also use unified
vf->dmpi rather than having vf->priv->dmpi duplicated in every filter.

f443581bb0 slices support for vf_crop. now cropping black borders should make a 
dvd play faster rather than slower... :)

33b62af947 Add the new -vf option wich is the same as vop in reverse order. 
Syntax is we decided, so you can give the nomes or not with both
vop and vf. vf take precedence over vop.
