1538fddada Remove local copy of xvmc_render.h, it is now an installed header in FFmpeg. 
Also adapt MPlayer to definition name changes in libavcodec/xvmc.h.

706f148b78 Remove several #ifdefs that check for libavcodec features from vd_ffmpeg.

9bcd12fdf5 Merge svn changes up to r28310 
The libdvdread4 and libdvdnav directories, which are externals in the
svn repository, are at least for now not included in any form. I added
configure checks to automatically disable internal libdvdread and
libdvdnav if the corresponding directories are not present; if they're
added manually then things work the same as in svn.

923f67082e Fix compilation after libavcodec major version 52 changes 
Some symbols were dropped or renamed, requiring corresponding changes
in MPlayer.
 - Use AVCodecContext->bits_per_coded_sample instead of ->bits_per_sample.
 - Use AVCodecContext->trellis instead of ->flags&CODEC_FLAG_TRELLIS_QUANT.
 - Don't set AVCodecContext->rtp_mode (already marked unused before).
 - Use ff_eval2() instead of ff_eval().

4b141479da Start unifying names of internal preprocessor directives.

31db39d8ec Make video decoder description structs const 
This makes the per-decoder struct vd_functions and its ->info
struct constants. Same for the mpcodecs_vd_drivers[] table of
pointers to those structs.

Pass video codec extradata unchanged from demux_real, sync vd_realvid to

e2727ec797 Add a new video pts tracking mode, enabled by option -correct-pts. 
This mode has the following differences:
- Video timing is correct for streams with B frames, at least with some
  demuxers.
- Video filters can modify frame timestamps and insert new frames, and
  removing frames is handled better than before.
- Some things are known to break, it's not usable as the default yet.

Things should work as before when the -correct-pts option is not used.

77909fb136 do not set ctx->vo_inited when init fails. This caused a crash when a 
matching colorspace is missing in codecs.conf.

f6fb46ab20 print the first 16 bytes of frame data with -v -v, helps detect when 
the demuxer messes up packetizing (-dumpvideo does not help here :-( )

05d729ee2b disable direct rendering for h264 
until now we did try with dr, and disabled it if more then 1 reference frame was used, but that rarely resulted in dr+h264 and its not guranteed to work as stride may end up different, and remocing CODEC_CAP_DR1 from h264 in ffmpeg isnt correct either as the h264 codec does support it

2283b6305f Removed the historic cfgparser and switched full to the new config parser (altought some macros still remain for compatibility). As a side effect 90% of the warning messages are gone from the core. Things should be cleaner now and less confusing for newbies.
