tests: Update Catch2 library to v2.13.9

This updates catch2 to the latest released version. That also drops a
workaround for missing MINSIGSTKSZ in newer glibcs that we introduced in
8ae8dcb8d5 ("tests: Update to catch.hpp v2.13.4 and fix #2178").

	* tests/lib/catch.hpp: Update to v2.13.9
