Stefano Sabatini 6b55aab01a lavfi: create buffer reference in filters which need to access the ref later 
Also add internal function ff_null_start_frame_keep_ref().

Fix crash when a following filter (e.g. settb) will unref the reference
passed by start_frame(), and then the reference is accessed in
end_frame() through inlink->cur_buf.

Reimar Döffinger 5af7daabc4 Mark AVFilterPad[] compound literals as const. 
GCC 4.6.2 at least still seems to fail to put them in .rodata though,
see also http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=37303

Stefano Sabatini a05d02079e showinfo: replace "CRC" by "checksum" 
Indeed the Adler-32 checksum, which is computed by showinfo, is not
cyclic, so using the term "CRC" is wrong/confusing.

Stefano Sabatini 35fe66abbc lavfi: rename AVFilterBufferRefVideoProps.pixel_aspect to sample_aspect_ratio 
Improve consistency with libavcodec.

This breaks libavfilter API/ABI.

The non-sequential 2.1.0 -> 2.4.0 bump is due to the mess previously
done with the lavfi minor number.
