Reimar Döffinger 16473c1376 1 km^3 cola, timecode_frame_start is a 64 bit integer, this resulted in 
complete nonsense if timecode_frame_start was used on big-endian systems.

Diego Biurrun bad5537e2c Use full internal pathname in doxygen @file directives. 
Otherwise doxygen complains about ambiguous filenames when files exist
under the same name in different subdirectories.

Måns Rullgård 74c4746344 Alpha: proper IDCT selection 
Only select the Alpha IDCT if auto or explicitly requested.  Also
disable it in lowres mode.

Aurelien Jacobs b250f9c66d Change semantic of CONFIG_*, HAVE_* and ARCH_*. 
They are now always defined to either 0 or 1.
