Guillaume Poirier ab5a1435ec Move TRANSPOSE8 macro to dsputil_altivec.h. 
(was duplicated in libavcodec/ppc/vc1dsp_altivec.c
nd libavcodec/ppc/mpegvideo_altivec.c, and will be
used in upcoming routines for h264_altivec.c)

Luca Barbato 73e4ff9de9 Almost cosmetic changes in dsputil_init_ppc and vorbis_inverse_coupling_altivec: 
- whitespace consistency 2->4 [dsputil_init_ppc]
- reorder struct initialization with dsputil_init_altivec [dsputil_init_ppc]
- use casts instead of temp variables [vorbis_inverse_coupling_altivec]

  rate distored interlaced mb decission
  alternate scantable support
4mv encoding fixes (thats also why the regression tests change)
passing height to most dsp functions
interlaced mpeg4 encoding (no direct mode MBs yet)
various related cleanups
disabled old motion estimaton algorithms (log, full, ...) they will either be fixed or removed
