Kostya Shishkov f544c58636 deprecate AV_CODEC_ID_VOXWARE and introduce AV_CODEC_ID_METASOUND instead 
Voxware is the name of company, it has produced several audio codecs e.g.
MetaVoice family and MetaSound.
