Anton Khirnov	d9f80ea2a7	Move metadata API from lavf to lavu. ... Rename it to AVDictionary, since it will be used as such. Tags documentation and metadata conversion API is lavf-specific, so remains there.	2011-06-08 07:43:45 +02:00
