Andreas Rheinhardt 361fb42e1e avcodec/filter: Remove extra '; ' outside of functions 
They are not allowed outside of functions. Fixes the warning
"ISO C does not allow extra ‘;’ outside of a function [-Wpedantic]"
when compiling with GCC and -pedantic.
