Christophe Gisquet 86ae0da60c x86: hpeldsp: propagate changes across codecs 
Some codecs still use mmx versions, so have them use the versions
with newer instruction sets.

Mans Rullgard e9d817351b dsputil: Separate h264 qpel 
The sh4 optimizations are removed, because the code is
100% identical to the C code, so it is unlikely to
provide any real practical benefit.

Daniel Kang ad01ba6cea x86: h264: Remove 3dnow QPEL code 
The only CPUs that have 3dnow and don't have mmxext are 12 years old.
Moreover, AMD has dropped 3dnow extensions from newer CPUs.
