Michael Niedermayer 7dba055bb0 oggenc: Fix the EOS flag
This corrects the bug that caused the checksums to change in
9767d7c092.

It caused the EOS flag to be set incorrectly; the ogg spec does not
allow it to be set in the middle of a logical bitstream.

Andrew Kelley 9767d7c092 oggenc: Flush after writing headers
Before, header information for ogg format files was sent with the
first encoded packet.

This patch makes it so that it is possible for API users to
differentiate between headers and encoded audio. This is useful, for
example, when creating an audio stream where you want to send one set
of headers for every client that connects and then the encoded stream
of audio.

Anton Khirnov a83c0da539 avconv: make -t insert trim/atrim filters.
This makes -t sample-accurate for audio and will allow further
simplication in the future.

Most of the FATE changes are due to audio now being sample accurate. In
some cases a video frame was incorrectly passed with the old code, while
its was over the limit.

Anton Khirnov 1270e12e49 avconv: rework -t handling for encoding.
Current code compares the desired recording time with InputStream.pts,
which has a very unclear meaning. Change the code to use actual
timestamps of the frames passed to the encoder.

In several tests, one less frame is encoded, which is more correct.

In the idroq test one more frame is encoded, which is again more
correct.

Behavior with stream copy should be unchanged.

Michael Niedermayer f8ccf72005 Check pkt.pts against the recording time.
This fixes at least ogg encoding with -t where the file was slightly too long.

Måns Rullgård eca478c317 regtest: split reference files allowing tests to run individually
With this change, the output is checked immediately after each test
has run. This means commands like "make regtest-mpeg2" can now be
used to run a single test and get meaningful results.

By default, make will abort if any test fails. To run all tests
regardless, use make -k.
