Philip Gladstone c9646fda01 * Extend the syntax of a filename for the img reader to allow looping. Thus 
%125*d means substitute the frame number MOD 125 into the filename. This
  is a cheap method of having an infinite stream.

Janne Grunau dcdfb8ede3 pcmdec: change default of channels parameter to 1 
This was previously implicitly done in ff_raw_read_header().
Fixes fate tests with pcm input.
