Mans Rullgard f3eb008343 eamad/eatgq/eatqi: call special EA IDCT directly 
These decoders use a special non-MPEG2 IDCT.  Call it directly
instead of going through dsputil.  There is never any reason
to use a regular IDCT with these decoders or to use the EA IDCT
with other codecs.

This also fixes the bizarre situation of eamad and eatqi decoding
incorrectly if eatgq is disabled.

Passing an explicit filename to this command is only necessary if the
documentation in the @file block refers to a file different from the
one the block resides in.

Reimar Döffinger 1eda87ce63 eatqi: move "block" variable into context to ensure sufficient alignment for 
idct_put for compilers/architectures that can not align stack variables that much.
This is also consistent with similar code in eatgq.c

Reimar Döffinger 9bf993a5b5 Use void * instead of uint8_t * for the destination buffer for dsp.bswap_buf 
where easily possible (mimic, eatqi, 4xm).
This allows to avoid a typecast.

Thilo Borgmann 7a00bbad21 Implement avcodec_decode_video2(), _audio3() and _subtitle2() which takes an 
AVPacket argument rather than a const uint8_t *buf + int buf_size. This allows
passing of packet-specific flags from demuxer to decoder, such as the keyframe
flag, which appears necessary to playback corePNG P-frames.

Patch by Thilo Borgmann thilo.borgmann googlemail com, see also the thread
"Google Summer of Code participation" on the mailinglist.
