Diego Biurrun d12b5b2f13 build: Split test programs off into separate files 
This avoids spurious library rebuilds when only the test program
code is changed and simplifies the build system.

Måns Rullgård 2ed6f39944 Replace many includes of libavutil/common.h with what is actually needed 
This reduces the number of false dependencies on header files and
speeds up compilation.

Michael Niedermayer 2754fe8ba5 Simple lagged fibonacci PRNG. 
3.5 times faster than our mersene twister.
10 times less memory needed. (=less cache trashing)
