This gets rid of of rist_receiver_data_read, rist_receiver_data_block_free and rist_parse_address
these functions have been deprecated since librist release v0.2.1 and are replaced with functions
suffixed with 2.
I added a version macro check at the top of the file to ensure ffmpeg can still be compiled against
older versions.

It only uses an AVIOContext and an AVBPrint.
When doing so, it turned out that several non-users of
ff_read_line_to_bprint_overwrite() and ff_bprint_to_codecpar_extradata()
relied on libavformat/internal.h to include bprint.h or avstring.h
for them. In order to avoid a repeat of this and in order to reduce
unnecessary dependencies, a forward declaration of struct AVBPrint is
used instead of including bprint.h.

Also remove AV_LOG_SIMULATE from the list as it is not used directly, and do
not use panic level on unknown loglevel, but make them warn. Also fix mapping of
NOTICE/INFO/VERBOSE and add documentation about when the option should actually
be used.

Maximum packet size is 10000 (RIST_MAX_PACKET_SIZE, which is unfortunately
private) minus the RIST protocol overhead which is 28 bytes for the unencrypted
case, 36 for the encrypted case.

Queue tracking makes no difference so remove it, return EAGAIN of no data is
available and rist data block needs to be freed even for zero sized packets.
