Anton Khirnov 4dbcdfa86d AVOptions: remove AVOption.offset <= 0 checks 
They will only ever be <=0 if the option is broken, in which case this
check is hiding a bug.

Anton Khirnov 79eff91325 AVOptions: deprecate av_opt_set_defaults2 
It's a hack which was created to allow for multiple options with
different defaults to refer to same field (e.g. 'b' vs 'ab'). There is
no need for it anymore.

Anton Khirnov c11fb8288d AVOptions: add AV_OPT_SEARCH_FAKE_OBJ flag for av_opt_find(). 
It allows to search for options only with AVClass, without allocating
the corresponding context.

Stefano Sabatini f2011ed234 fifo: add av_fifo_peek2(), and deprecate av_fifo_peek() 
The new function provides a more generic interface than av_fifo_peek()
for peeking at a FIFO buffer data.

Anton Khirnov a726d7fd4e AVOptions: in av_opt_find() don't return named constants unless unit is specified. 
That is, unless the caller explicitly asks for them.

Prevents conflict between e.g. the 'loop' option in img2 demuxer and
'loop' flag in AVCodecContext.

Reinhard Tartler 21a19b7912 doxygen: Prefer member groups over grouping into modules 
Before this, almost all module groups have been used for grouping functions
and fields in structures semantically. This causes them to not appear
properly in the file documentation and needlessly clutters up the "Modules"
index.

Additionally, this commit streamlines some spelling and appearances.
