None of these symbols should be accessed directly, so declare them as
hidden.

Reimar Döffinger a4276ba2ac Add support for encoding XSUB subtitles. Muxing support is still missing. 
Based on code by DivX, Inc., heavily changed by Björn Axelsson [gecko acc.umu.se] and me.
