Michael Niedermayer	e0c973e5be	avformat/mpsubdec: Remove floating point usage ... This makes the code bitexact between platforms. Intermediate timestamps between frames are preserved. The timebase is simplified. Clément Bœsch	5039aadf68	avcodec/ass: explicit PlayRes[XY] ... This avoids the following libass warning when using the subtitles filter: "Neither PlayResX nor PlayResY defined.
