Merge remote-tracking branch 'qatar/master' 

* qatar/master:
  rtmp: Don't blindly skip the 4 trailer bytes from the FLV packets
  rtmp: Handle FLV packets written in more than one write call
  rv34: Check for invalid slice offsets
