The mpegaudio parser depends on mpegaudiodata.o. 

This fixes the following option set:
  --disable-encoders --disable-decoders --disable-parsers --disable-bsfs
  --disable-muxers --disable-demuxers --disable-protocols
  --enable-parser=mpegaudio
